Beta Program Agreement

1. Beta Program Participation

You have been selected to participate in the Zero2Ten Beta Program ("Beta Program"). This Agreement governs your participation in the Beta Program and supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Beta Program provides early access to Zero2Ten's platform features before they are generally available. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve the Service.

2. Beta Software Acknowledgments

By participating in the Beta Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pre-Release Software: The Service is beta software and is not a finished product. It may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failures.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Calculations, assessments, and outputs provided by the Service may contain errors. You should independently verify all financial information before relying on it.
• Feature Changes: Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice. The final released version may differ significantly from the beta version.
• Data Loss Risk: There is a risk of data loss during the beta period. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important documents and information.
• Service Interruptions: The Service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Zero2Ten is NOT a licensed lender, broker, financial advisor, accountant, or attorney. The Service provides organizational and educational tools only.

• We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
• We cannot guarantee loan approval or any specific financial outcome
• You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions
• All financial statements and calculations should be reviewed by a licensed CPA
• Loan readiness assessments are for informational purposes only

4. Your Responsibilities

As a Beta Program participant, you agree to:

• Provide feedback on your experience with the Service
• Report any bugs, errors, or issues you encounter
• Keep confidential any non-public features or information about the Service
• Not share your beta access credentials with others
• Use the Service in compliance with our Terms of Service
• Independently verify all financial calculations and information

5. Confidentiality

During the Beta Program, you may have access to non-public information about Zero2Ten and its products. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

This includes, but is not limited to, unreleased features, pricing information, and internal documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Zero2Ten shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the beta Service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.
• You assume all risk associated with using beta software for business or financial purposes.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your participation in the Beta Program shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zero2Ten LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the beta Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your reliance on any calculations, assessments, or outputs from the Service; or (d) any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.

8. Term and Termination

The Beta Program will continue until Zero2Ten releases a general availability version of the Service or terminates the program. We may terminate your participation at any time for any reason.

Upon termination of the Beta Program, your access to beta features will end. Your data may be migrated to the production version or deleted, at our discretion.

9. Feedback and Intellectual Property

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service become the property of Zero2Ten. We may use this feedback to improve our products without any obligation or compensation to you.
