Zero2Ten does not guarantee loan approval, funding, or any specific financial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your financial situation and lender requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO2TEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
