No. We never pull credit. Lenders may pull credit when you apply with them, and they will tell you when.
Three years of business tax returns, a current profit and loss statement and balance sheet, three years of personal tax returns for each owner, your own copy of your credit report, and a list of what the business already owes. Your HQ workspace asks for each one and shows you what it is used for.
