The banker at a table with a contractor, a chef, a broker, an executive, and an accountant

The partner door

Your clients need capital before they tell you.

The bank’s document list always ends up on somebody’s desk: the accountant’s, the attorney’s, the broker’s. Zero2Ten puts the lender’s read in front of that client first, with your name on it, and then does the paperwork the bank is going to ask for anyway.

No cost to refer. No cost to look. Compensation, where it exists, is stated on this page.

Two lanes, one platform

Send a client through the Check, or run your whole book here.

Referral lane

Your code, their read

  • A link that takes your client into the Check with your code attached.
  • A partner page showing where each client stands is next: the band, the timeline, and the first step. Never the number, never their answers.
  • They open a free workspace in one click and the documents start flowing to the right place, not your inbox.

Software lane

Your book, at a glance

  • Every client’s lendability on one board, with an alert when one crosses into lender-ready or a coverage ratio slips.
  • Client-facing lendability reviews with your firm’s name on them. Something you can hand over and put on an invoice.
  • Brokers and lenders run intake, packaging, and their private lender network on the same system.

How the referral lane works

Three steps, and the paperwork stops routing through you.

  1. Get your code

A two-minute form. Your code and your link come back on the page, and again by email, right away.

  2. Send the client through the Check

They answer sixteen questions with the banker and get their read, with your name on it. The partner page that shows you the band, the timeline, and the first step is what comes next.

  3. The file builds itself

The client opens a free workspace with one password. Documents go to the workspace, and the read becomes real. A note to you when a file is ready for a lender arrives with that same partner page.

Compensation, stated plainly

Who gets paid, and who does not.

Referral partners earn the difference between the standard rate and the affiliate rate on every client they send. Accountants earn nothing, on purpose.

Attorneys, brokers, consultants, real estate

A client you refer subscribes at the affiliate rate. You earn the difference every month they stay. No tiers, no calculators, no fine print.

Accountants

Your independence rules bar accepting compensation from a client your firm issues a compilation for, and California prohibits a fee paid solely for a referral. So we do not pay you. The revenue comes from where it should: your clients, for advisory work you can now actually deliver.

Get your partner code

Two minutes, and the code is yours.

Tell us who you are. Your link and your code come back on this page and by email, right away, and there is no cost to refer.

Get early access

Tell us who you are and we will make sure you get the right access.

I am a

Questions partners ask us

Do you contact my client directly?

Only to deliver the read they asked for and to help them open the workspace. Any lender introduction is at the client’s request. Your relationship stays yours.

What do I see about a referred client?

Today, an email with your code and your link when you sign up. Next is a per-client view of the band, the funding timeline, and the first step for every client who used your link. It will never carry the numeric score and never their answers, and a client can share more with you from inside their workspace.

Is there a cost to refer?

No. The Check is free for the client, the code is free for you, and the workspace is free for a limited time.
